• Returns: Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Monograms: Enter 3 letters in your exact desired order (Traditional order is First, Last, Middle). Monograms are engraved in the Monogram font only.

• Appearance: Due to the reflective surface, the engraving's darkness may vary depending on the lighting and viewing angle.

Our shipping times can generally be divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Our processing time consists of production, order verification, product personalization, product quality control and packaging. Due to the large number of orders, this currently accounts for 2-4 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 6-12 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
