More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us and we’ll make it right!

Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, it is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please note:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items may be locked immediately after checkout and cannot be modified.
  • During busy or holiday periods, modification requests may slightly delay delivery, though we always aim to process changes quickly.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.


Replacements & Refunds

We take full responsibility for your order within 30 days of delivery if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is incorrect or does not match your order confirmation
  • Breaks shortly after delivery under normal use
  • Is lost or undelivered (provided the shipping address was entered correctly)

Your options:

  • Free replacement (recommended and fastest)
  • Refund (in applicable cases)

In most situations, a replacement is the quickest way to resolve the issue and get you back to enjoying your jewelry.


Refunds Requiring a Return

If a customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the item must be returned and received by our supplier before a refund can be processed.

Please reach out to us to receive the return address details. Once the returned item is confirmed as received:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider

Refunds Not Eligible

Unfortunately, refunds or returns cannot be offered for the following reasons:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items damaged due to improper use or wear
  • Shipping delays outside of our control once the order has been dispatched

We always provide tracking information so delivery progress can be monitored.


Special Replacement Cases (Small Fee May Apply)

In some cases, a replacement can still be arranged with a small fee, such as when:

  • The wrong size, design, or customization was selected at checkout
  • The order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address
